Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins, trimmed of any fat and silver skin
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1/3 cup Apple Butter Grilling Sauce
¼ cup Smoky Chipotle Honey Mustard (Retired)
Instructions
Rub pork tenderloins with olive oil and sprinkle with Sunset Seasoned Salt. Rub seasoning into pork and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Combine Apple Butter Grilling Sauce with Smoky Chipotle Honey Mustard (Retired).
BBQ method: Preheat BBQ to medium heat and grill pork for approximately 15-20 minutes or until slightly pink in the middle and/or internal temperature reaches 155°F. In the last five minutes of grilling brush pork tenderloin with sauce. Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes, until temperature rises to 160°F.
Oven method: sear seasoned pork tenderloin in olive oil in a hot skillet. Sear on all sides and transfer to an oven-proof pan and bake uncovered at 350°F for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155°F. Brush with sauce in the last few minutes of cooking. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes, until temperature rises to 160°F.
Excellent served warm or cold. Serve with additional sauce.
